Tea in the Turret
Join us to help raise funds for our archives project
In this postcard workshop, you will create a beautiful black on white monoprint using foam sheet to draw and print your design on a pre-printed blank postcard.
You can make as many as you like, and take away your personalised postcards to send to friends and family.
Choose from 11am, 1pm or 2.30pm.
Each ticket includes an annual pass to our museum and helps to raise funds for vital improvements to our archives.
Get creative this Christmas
In this workshop you'll hand-make a custom "plate" from which to make your postcard print. Carefully indent a piece of foam card to make your design, then ink it up and get printing!
If you want to use different colours and techniques we'll have various materials you can explore.
Expert guidance will be provided by our workshop facilitator Kavitha.
As Bristol museums go, is this the city's best kept secret?
Tucked away in the heart of Fishponds within UWE's Glenside Campus, our museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the history of mental health care.
If you’re searching for interesting things to do in Bristol this autumn and winter season, we invite you to join this creative workshop alongside a visit to our museum.
